Meet Denise Hernandez
Hi, I’m Denise, but everyone calls me Nini! I’m a mom, a lash artist, and the founder of MMBW Industry, created in 2023 to make self-care more accessible to everyone.
I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2019 and specialize in Mega Volume Lash Extensions, though I offer all lash types and styles. I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, and I’m proud to be known for my retention — 90% of my clients who book 2-hour fills only need to come in once a month!
I now offer in-person 1:1 trainings where I share all my tips and techniques for creating beautiful mega fans and achieving long-lasting retention.
While lash extensions are my most popular service, I also offer lash lifts, brow laminations, and threading. My goal is to provide high-quality beauty services that are both affordable and parent-friendly, and I strive to give every client the best experience possible.

Policies
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all appointments, unless you have a recurring appointment set up. Deposits are non-refundable but will go towards the total amount of your appointment. Deposits can be sent via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. The remaining balance will need to be paid in cash.
Late Policy
Please contact me if you will be late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me you will be marked as a no show and will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit. If you notified me with an ETA of your arrival, your appointment will last up until your appointment scheduled time, but payment will be the amount of your scheduled appointment.
If I am the one who is running late then your appointment will last as long as needed to finish your desired set, if you aren't able to stay longer, you will be able to reschedule your appointment with the same deposit.
Cancelation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so more than 24 hours from your appointment time to have your deposit held for your next appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours from your appointment time you will lose your deposit and will need to send another deposit to book again. If you are a no-show you will lose your deposit and if you want to book again you will have to have to pay in full upfront. If you are a no-show again you will no longer be able to book with me.

Pre Care / After Care
Preparing for your appointment:
Please come in with a clean face, no make-up, no contacts, and comfy clothing as you will be laying down for about 1-3 hours.
After your appointment:
Please try not to brush or touch your lashes until the day after your appointment, wash your lashes with lash shampoo or oil free face wash, pat/fan dry then gently brush lashes, try not to use any oil base products on your face, and do not rub, pluck, or sleep on your face. *After care products are available for purchase at the office.

If you notice you have excessive fall out please contact me within 72 hours to get a complimentary fill and asses the issue. (Keep in mind, due to our natural shedding cycle it is normal to lose 2-5 lashes a day)
